JOB DESCRIPTION
As a customer service manager, your job is to lead and motivate a team of staff to ensure they are giving the best customer service possible.
You are also be expected to know the company’s products and policies inside out and be able to communicate it to other members of staff.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Helping to build good customer relations
* Ensure all new and existing customer data are accurate
* Carry out initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, based on the
corporate customer care policies, in the business unit and Undertaking.
* Ensure all complaints are being handled timely and properly
* Ensure customer feedback is received on a monthly and annualbasis
* Recruiting staff and doing appraisals
* Resolving service problems by clarifying the customer complaint,
determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best
solutions to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustments
following up on resolution.
* Arranging staff meetings
* Training and development
* Handling complaints and queries (from customers and staff)
* Sorting security issues
* Financial responsibilities
* Arranging promotional events
