I had my University training in Industrial and Labour Relations at the Graduate level and Psychology at the under graduate level. I have had several learning and development programs in a wide variety of Human Resources specific areas and Management as well as a recent course in Leadership with Jack Welch Institute. Am a determined professional who is out to make a difference in the organizations I work for. With strong believe in impacting good values fabulously on teams mates with the right attitude and mindset to duplicate myself as a resilient and can do spirit. Have had stints with the Public service and in the Oil and Gas sector of the Nigerian Economy, and recently the United Nations Office For Project Services (UNOPS). In all of these opportunities, I had worked in and managed great teams that delivered quality results even with tight deadlines to the benefit of my organizations. Rising progressively from an officer into middle management level. At present, i run own business consulting for small and medium scale enterprises. in addition, Am managing and running a Non Profit Organization positioned to promote Girl Child Education and Women Empowerment as well as issues of Gender Mainstreaming. In no distant past, I was part of the success story of the pioneering efforts at the UNOPS YEP Project 2013 to 12016. As Head, Administration and Finance with the Youth Empowerment Project YEP of UNOPS, we built, developed and managed YEP from a project into an organization known as MultiPurpose Youth Training Centre, Egbokodo; Warri Delta State between February 2013 to June 2016. The Admin & Finance department functioned as the engine room or its functionality was not in doubt - From human resources function, logistics, Asset Management to Procurement and Finance related matters to managing students affairs at the Centre would ever be remembered as the heart beat of the Centre. Had headed team in Administrative department in Pan Ocean Oil Corporation in 1999 managing human capital and material resources. We recorded major achievement in reducing administrative cost and abuses by 25% the first year 1999 - 2000 and 35% the second year 2000 - 2001. Was moved to lead the HR team at the Operations as the the Senior Personnel & Services Officer and Coordinator Human Resource between 2002 through 2007. At a time when we had severe industrial relations' Crisis that threatened the existence of the Corporation, our team was able to revised that situation and stabilized the work environment. We achieved better Management/Union understanding of issues and their intentions. This ushered in harmonious work relationship that translated into higher daily production from 10,000 barrel per day to 25,000 bpd between 2002 and 2014. And each member of the team received an award in 2004. A core HR professional and a member of the Chartered Institute For Personnel Management, Nigeria, (CIPMN). I have served two terms in the national committee on ethics and Professional conduct (2012 - 2014). And am also a member of the Nigerian Industrial Relation Association
