I have completed the HOW MAY I HELP YOU TRAINING WITH MTN and also have Certificate of Participation (Improving Customer Service Delivery in Corporate Nigeria).
I have worked as Customer Care Representative, handling inbound calls for MTN:
 Resolving all issues
 Lodging all complaints
 Raising all requests
 Most importantly always ensuring first call resolution (FCR)
 Served in the capacity of an Assistant Team Lead.
Picked close to 300 calls at a shift and was Team Ambassador.
I have effectively handled all kinds of customers knowing for sure that my customer is KING and their satisfaction is my priority as long as am still in line with the organization’s policies.
My love for problem solving and the satisfaction I get from putting a smile on the faces of my numerous customers increases by the day.
