I would like to be considered for the position - Customer Service Manager.
As a first step in the application process I have below a copy of my c.v./resume. I come with a progressive and diverse experience in customer service, sales strategy, project management, competitive analysis and strong and diverse administrative skills. My team management experiences combined with my vast skills would enable me be of added value to your organization.
In my role as Customer relationship officer for the Mitsubishi and Chevrolet brands with CFAO, I leveraged my interpersonal skills to ensure that as the first point of contact with the company, all clients’ needs were met to the optimum capacity without the need of management involvement. I collected and performed competitive analysis data and made recommendation to assist the management in crucial decisions that affected product and service positioning in the market. The knowledge acquired from customer service trainings served as a guide in leading newly employed/transferred customer relations officers within the subsidiary.
As a Finance and Insurance Executive, I managed the entire company's finance and insurance schemes and served as a liaison between the financers, company and clients. I utilized my skills attained from my experience in risk management to determine which partnerships were most viable and beneficial for the company. I boosted and strategized new opportunities through my research analysis to further expand sales opportunity for the company. I also partnered with the management to organize new initiatives to improve overall finance and insurance program satisfaction. As a result of my efficiency and good performance in the above roles, I was assigned a Sales Executive job function. I effectively utilized the company’s tools in ensuring that set targets were met and exceeded, this I achieved by establishing new business and developing/maintaining good quality relationships with both existing and new clients. Sales volume increased within my catchment as a result of my strong prospecting and negotiating skills. I have also on a temporary basis worked with the Human Resource unit severally (i am a certified HR Associate), one of which was in designing the right/best performance appraisal forms for employees.
As an amiable and proactive personality, I effectively multitask and work well in concert with various levels of management and have successfully led teams in a dedicated, customer-focused manner.
My educational background and work experience have equipped me with skills that are essential in working within various team structures in any organization. I am very dedicated, hard- working, and I have superb interpersonal and leadership skills that I believe will make a positive addition to your company.
